  • Program Cancellation by Hyvnd Academy of Excellence: If we cancel a program, you will receive a full refund of the fees paid.

  • Withdrawal Before Program Start Date: If you withdraw from a program before the start date, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the timing of your request.

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent access to our online learning platform and we are unable to resolve them, you may be eligible for a refund.

2.2 Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

  • Application or registration fees (if applicable).

  • Fees for services already rendered (e.g., access to course materials after the program start date).

  • Fees for downloadable or digital content that has been accessed or downloaded.

  • Withdrawal After Program Start Date: If you withdraw after the program has started, a prorated refund may be issued based on the duration of the program completed.

  • Installment Plans: If you are on an installment plan and withdraw before completing the program, you will only be refunded for the unused portion of the program.

  • If you fail to meet the program requirements or are dismissed due to misconduct.
